Terms and Conditions

Following our free consultation call, we will supply a written quotation which will show a schedule of design and development activities.

Should you wish to accept our quotation, it should be signed and returned to us. We will then agree a provisional start and completion date for the development of your site.

We do not ask for payment until the completion of stage 1, which is the creation of a bespoke page template for your site.

Payment of half of the agreed total fee will be payable at the end of stage 1, and on receipt of payment we will complete the remaining stages of the project on our development server.

When the site is fully functional on our development server, we will invoice you for the final payment. On receipt of this payment we will upload the site files and database to your hosting. We will also test the operation of the site and carry out initial search engine submission for you.

Please note that when the site is in place you will be able to change page text, font-types, colours, etc, via your control panel. Due to the flexibility that this customisation offers, we cannot accept any responsiblity for any changes that you make.
